   The majority of my business since becoming a Realtor has been helping distressed homeowners specifically with short sales.  I have the resources including a Real Estate Attorney, Certified Public Accountant (with an emphasis on real estate), Financial Planner, Credit Specialist and short sale Escrow Officer to assist.  In addition to meeting clients in the privacy of their homes I also host FREE distressed homeowner workshops so distressed homeowners can meet with us and learn from the experts about their unique situation.  Hopefully we can help them find a dignified solution.
