Kat started in the real estate profession eleven years ago.  She has worked closely with Penny Wafford for many years, handling all aspects of real estate transactions.  She is the "go to" gal who will walk you through your transaction with professionalism and the utmost courtesy.  She is a master multi-tasker tackling each task with a real "can do" attitude.  Kat lives in Cameron Park with her family.  She a married mother of two children, a daughter who attends UCSD and a son who attends Ponderosa High School.
